It is time for some muddy fun in Surrey. Wet, cold, muddy and miserable, all the reasons you would not get out of bed normally. But somehow the organisers manage to make this a fantastic day out.

Running (often Trudging) off road for 10miles through woodlands and over fields until the X Zone of streams, mud and slippery slopes. I can honestly say that there is not a more rewarding event this year.

CER are going to enter 20 athletes. Everyone is welcome to join us and the cost is no different to signing up independently. All we offer extra is pre-race training advice and a great bunch of people to run with. Places are filling up fast for the whole event, not just with CER, so act fast.
